For cancellations made 9 days before check-in, no charge will be made for the cancellation.
For cancellations made 5-8 days before check-in, 50% of the booking value will be charged.
For cancellations made 1-4 days before check-in, 80% of the booking value will be charged.
For no show on date of check-in, 100% of the booking value will be charged.

About Us
Mr Pan was born in Savannakhet and started out working for the military as a young man. When his service was complete, Mr Pan moved south to Pakse and set himself up as a tuk tuk driver, predominantly for tourists. Aspiring towards a career in tourism, Mr Pan strived hard to develop his English language skills, driving tuk tuks by day and studying hard at night. Tourists would charter his tuk tuk to take them as far south as the 4000 Islands and it was on one such occasion, a few years ago now, an 86 year old Japanese tourist chartered Mr Pan and his tuk tuk to extensively explore the area. A firm friendship developed during the trip as well as Mr Pan’s love for the area.
Keen to start his own business in the place that he loved, Mr Pan was fortunate enough to receive the gift of land on Don Khone from his mother-in-law. Mr Pan’s fortunes continued and his newly-acquainted Japanese friend provided him with the much-needed funds with which to build Pan’s Guesthouse. Founded on friendship and kindness, the business has grown and thrived to become everything that his extended family ever dreamt of.
Mr Pan is forever grateful to the genuine act of kindness bestowed upon him by the 86 year old Japanese man and a photo of the man, who recognised Pan’s hard-work and potential, can be found in the restaurant as a sign of his appreciation.
